PANEL OF LIFEGELS FOR 3D CELL CULTURE – LifeGel technology is a panel of hydrogels with a range of elasticity from 180 Pa to 5 kPa. Panel of LifeGels for 3D cell culture is a 48-well plate with a whole range of types of LifeGel. There are two options: panel of 16 types of LifeGel (each type of LifeGel is in triplicate), panel of 24 types of LifeGel (each type of LifeGel is in duplicate). Choosing Panel of LifeGels you can test which type of hydrogel is the most suitable for your cell culture or your assay.We know that carrying out a sophisticated research is related with a very carefully selecting of research model. To meet the expectations we offer the CUSTOMISED TYPE of LifeGel for 3D cell culture. If you are interested in the CUSTOMISED TYPE please contact us or you can choose your type of LifeGel testing the product Panel of LifeGels for 3D cell culture. All LifeGels are available in standard cell culture medium: RPMI, DMEM-HG (Standard), DMEM-LG, DMEM/F-12 or in PBS. If you use a different cell culture medium we recommend buying the version with PBS and incubating the hydrogel with a right medium 2 hours before starting a cell culture. If you want to buy the LifeGel in a customized cell culture medium please contact us.
LIFEGEL DIGESTION KIT allows the quick and gentle release of single cells grown on LifeGel while preserving the highest-possible yield. The Digestion Kit (4 x 4 mL) is ready to use and sufficient for digestion of a 48-well or 96-well plate.
TISSUE DIGESTION KIT allows the quick and gentle release of single cells from primary tissue while preserving the highest-possible yield. The Digestion Kit (4 x 4 mL) is ready to use and sufficient for digestion of 16 g of tissue.
