| 50µl / 100µl |
Background:
F7(Coagulation factor VII) is also named as serum prothrombin conversion accelerator(SPCA). It is the key triggering enzyme of the extrinsic coagulation pathway. Hepatocytes are the predominant source of F7 production under normal physiologic conditions, although F7 is also expressed by monocytes/macrophages in inflammation and atherosclerosis. This protein has 2 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.
