A-Raf (phospho Ser299) Rabbit pAb ES5954
Specifications
| 50µl / 100µl |
Background:
ARAF(Serine/threonine-protein kinase A-Raf) is also named as ARAF1, PKS, PKS2 and belongs to the protein kinase superfamily. It is involved in the transduction of mitogenic signals from the cell membrane to the nucleus. It has 2 isoforms produced by alternative splicing and the isoform 2 serves as a positive regulator of myogenic differentiation by inducing cell cycle arrest, the expression of myogenin and other muscle-specific proteins, and myotube formation.
