IL-1F6 Rabbit pAb ES8729
Specifications
| 50µl / 100µl |
Background:
The protein encoded by IL36A is a cytokine that can activate NF-kappa-B and MAPK signaling pathways to generate an inflammatory response. The encoded protein functions primarily in skin and demonstrates increased expression in psoriasis. In addition, decreased expression of IL36A has been linked to a poor prognosis in both hepatocellular carcinoma and colorectal cancer patients. IL36A (Interleukin 36, Alpha) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with IL36A include Psoriasis. Among its related pathways are Toll-Like receptor Signaling Pathways and Cytokine Signaling in Immune system.
