IFNK Rabbit pAb ES9170
Specifications
| 50µl / 100µl |
Background:
IFNK (Interferon Kappa) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with IFNK include Skin Conditions and Frontotemporal Dementia And/Or Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis 1. Among its related pathways are RIG-I/MDA5 mediated induction of IFN-alpha/beta pathways and Jak-STAT signaling pathway (KEGG). IFNK encodes a member of the type I interferon family. Type I interferons are a group of related glycoproteins that play an important role in host defenses against viral infections. This protein is expressed in keratinocytes and the gene is found on chromosome 9, adjacent to the type I interferon cluster.
