ABCF3 (ATP Binding Cassette Subfamily F Member 3) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with ABCF3 include West Nile Virus. ABCF3 encodes a member of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter superfamily. ATP-binding cassette proteins transport various molecules across extra- and intracellular membranes.
