Background:

USP6 (Ubiquitin Specific Peptidase 6) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with USP6 include Pseudosarcomatous Fibromatosis and Fasciitis. Is able to initiate tumorigenesis by inducing the production of matrix metalloproteinases following NF-kappa-B activation.
