CCNA2 Rabbit pAb ES10506
Specifications
| 50µl / 100µl |
Background:
CCNA2 (Cyclin A2) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with CCNA2 include Splenic Diffuse Red Pulp Small B-Cell Lymphoma and Lung Clear Cell Carcinoma. Among its related pathways are Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC) and CDK-mediated phosphorylation and removal of Cdc6. The protein encoded by CCNA2 belongs to the highly conserved cyclin family, whose members function as regulators of the cell cycle. This protein binds and activates cyclin-dependent kinase 2 and thus promotes transition through G1/S and G2/M.
