GRIP1 Rabbit pAb ES10692
Specifications
| 50µl / 100µl |
Background:
GRIP1 encodes a member of the glutamate receptor interacting protein family. The encoded scaffold protein binds to and mediates the trafficking and membrane organization of a number of transmembrane proteins. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described. GRIP1 (Glutamate Receptor Interacting Protein 1) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with GRIP1 include Fraser Syndrome 3 and Cryptophthalmos. Among its related pathways are Apoptotic Pathways in Synovial Fibroblasts and Trafficking of AMPA receptors.
