Calpain 11 Rabbit pAb ES1831
Specifications
| 50µl / 100µl |
Background:
Calpains are a superfamily of related proteins, some of which have been shown to function as intracellular calcium-dependent cysteine proteases. Calpains consist of a variable large (80 kDa) subunit and an invariant small (30 kDa) subunit. The expression of calpain11 during spermatogenesis and its localization is spermatozoa suggest that it is involved in regulating calcium-dependent signal transduction events during meiosis and sperm functional processes.
