Human TA2R full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100475
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
BDPLT13, TXA2-R
Description:
Human TA2R full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
This gene encodes a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family. The protein interacts with thromboxane A2 to induce platelet aggregation and regulate hemostasis. A mutation in this gene results in a bleeding disorder. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Oct 2009]
Protein families:
GPCR,Transmembrane,Druggable Genome,
Protein pathways:
GPCRDB Class A Rhodopsin-like,Small ligand GPCRs,Angiogenesis,Metabolic and Obesity,
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
TA2R
Molecular weight:
The human full length TA2R protein has a MW of 37.4kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
