Human PI2R full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100447
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
IP, PRIPR
Description:
Human PI2R full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor family 1 and has been shown to be a receptor for prostacyclin. Prostacyclin, the major product of cyclooxygenase in macrovascular endothelium, elicits a potent vasodilation and inhibition of platelet aggregation through binding to this receptor. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Protein families:
GPCR,Transmembrane,Druggable Genome,
Protein pathways:
GPCRDB Class A Rhodopsin-like,Prostaglandin synthesis regulation,Small ligand GPCRs,Metabolic and Obesity,
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
PI2R
Molecular weight:
The human full length PI2R protein has a MW of 41kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
