Human OGR1 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100378
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
AI2A6, GPR12A, OGR1
Description:
Human OGR1 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
The protein encoded by this gene is a G protein-coupled receptor for sphingosylphosphorylcholine. The encoded protein is a proton-sensing receptor, inactive at pH 7.8 but active at pH 6.8. Mutations in this gene are a cause of amelogenesis imperfecta. [provided by RefSeq, Feb 2017]
Protein families:
GPCR,Transmembrane,Druggable Genome,
Protein pathways:
Osteoclasts,Cancer,
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
OGR1
Molecular weight:
The human full length OGR1 protein has a MW of 41.1kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
