Human NPFF1 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100367
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
GPR147, NPFF1, NPFF1R1, OT7T022
Description:
Human NPFF1 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
Receptor for NPAF (A-18-F-amide) and NPFF (F-8-F-amide) neuropeptides, also known as morphine-modulating peptides. Can also be activated by a variety of naturally occurring or synthetic FMRF-amide like ligands. This receptor mediates its action by association with G proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system.[UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot Function]
Protein families:
Transmembrane,Druggable Genome,
Protein pathways:
GPCRDB Class A Rhodopsin-like,
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
NPFF1
Molecular weight:
The human full length NPFF1 protein has a MW of 47.8kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
Usage:
