Human MTR1L full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100358
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
H9, Mel1c
Description:
Human MTR1L full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
This gene product belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. Even though this protein shares similarity with the melatonin receptors, it does not bind melatonin, however, it inhibits melatonin receptor 1A function through heterodimerization. Polymorphic variants of this gene have been associated with bipolar affective disorder in women. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2010]
Protein families:
GPCR,Transmembrane,Druggable Genome,
Protein pathways:
GPCRDB Class A Rhodopsin-like,Cell Cycle,
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
MTR1L
Molecular weight:
The human full length MTR1L protein has a MW of 67.4kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
