Human MAS full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100343
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
MAS, MGRA
Description:
Human MAS full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
This gene encodes a class I seven-transmembrane G-protein-coupled receptor. The encoded protein is a receptor for angiotensin-(1-7) and preferentially couples to the Gq protein, activating the phospholipase C signaling pathway. The encoded protein may play a role in multiple processes including hypotension, smooth muscle relaxation and cardioprotection by mediating the effects of angiotensin-(1-7). Protein pathways:
GPCRDB Class A Rhodopsin-like,Cancer,
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
MAS
Molecular weight:
The human full length MAS protein has a MW of 37.5kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
