Human GPR39 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100308
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
'-
Description:
Human GPR39 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
This gene is a member of the ghrelin receptor family and encodes a rhodopsin-type G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCR). The encoded protein is involved in zinc-dependent signaling in epithelial tissue in intestines, prostate and salivary glands. The protein may also be involved in the pathophysiology of depression. GPCR,Transmembrane,Druggable Genome,
Protein pathways:
Cancer,
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
GPR39
Molecular weight:
The human full length GPR39 protein has a MW of 51.3kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
