Human GP179 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100284
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
CSNB1E, GPR158L, GPR158L1
Description:
Human GP179 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
This gene encodes a member of the glutamate receptor subfamily of G protein-coupled receptors. The encoded protein has an EGF-like calcium binding domain and a seven transmembrane domain in the N-terminal region of the protein. Mutations in this gene are associated with congenital stationary night blindness type 1E. [provided by RefSeq, Apr 2012]

N/A
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
GP179
Molecular weight:
The human full length GP179 protein has a MW of 257.4kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
