Human GP139 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100263
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
GPRg1, PGR3
Description:
Human GP139 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
This gene encodes a member of the rhodopsin family of G-protein-coupled receptors. The encoded protein is almost exclusively expressed in the central nervous system. L-tryptophan and L-phenylalanine may act as the physiologic ligands of the encoded protein. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2016]
Protein families:
Transmembrane,Druggable Genome,
Protein pathways:
N/A
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
GP139
Molecular weight:
The human full length GP139 protein has a MW of 40.7kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
