Human C3AR full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100215
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
AZ3B, C3AR, HNFAG09
Description:
Human C3AR full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
C3a is an anaphylatoxin released during activation of the complement system. The protein encoded by this gene is an orphan G protein-coupled receptor for C3a. Binding of C3a by the encoded receptor activates chemotaxis, granule enzyme release, superoxide anion production, and bacterial opsonization. [provided by RefSeq, May 2016]
Protein families:
GPCR,Transmembrane,Druggable Genome,
Protein pathways:
GPCRDB Class A Rhodopsin-like,Peptide GPCRs,
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
C3AR
Molecular weight:
The human full length C3AR protein has a MW of 53.9kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
