Human 5HT4R full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100169
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
5-HT4, 5-HT4R
Description:
Human 5HT4R full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
This gene is a member of the family of serotonin receptors, which are G protein coupled receptors that stimulate cAMP production in response to serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine). The gene product is a glycosylated transmembrane protein that functions in both the peripheral and central nervous system to modulate the release of various neurotransmitters. Multiple transcript variants encoding proteins with distinct C-terminal sequences have been described. [provided by RefSeq, May 2010]
Protein families:
GPCR,Transmembrane,Druggable Genome,
Protein pathways:
GPCRDB Class A Rhodopsin-like,Monoamine GPCRs,
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
5HT4R
Molecular weight:
The human full length 5HT4R protein has a MW of 43.8kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
