Human ADGRG1 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100104
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
BFPP; BPPR; GPR56; TM7LN4; TM7XN1
Description:
Human ADGRG1 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
A member of the G protein-coupled receptor family and regulates brain cortical patterning. The encoded protein binds specifically to transglutaminase 2, a component of tissue and tumor stroma implicated as an inhibitor of tumor progression. Mutations in this gene are associated with a brain malformation known as bilateral frontoparietal polymicrogyria.
Protein families:
Druggable Genome, GPCR, Transmembrane
Protein pathways:
N.A.
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
ADGRG1
Molecular weight:
The human full length ADGRG1 protein has a MW of 77.7 kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
Usage:
Research use only
