Human CXCR7 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100095
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
ACKR3; CMKOR1; CXC-R7; CXCR-7; GPR159; RDC-1; RDC1
Description:
Human CXCR7 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
A member of the G-protein coupled receptor family. Although this protein was earlier thought to be a receptor for vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), it is now considered to be an orphan receptor, in that its endogenous ligand has not been identified. The protein is also a coreceptor for human immunodeficiency viruses (HIV). Translocations involving this gene and HMGA2 on chromosome 12 have been observed in lipomas.
Protein families:
Druggable Genome, GPCR, Transmembrane
Protein pathways:
N/A
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
CXCR7
Molecular weight:
The human full length CXCR7 protein has a MW of 41.5 kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
Usage:
Research use only
