Human IL13RA2 Protein, hFc Tag PME101325
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
CD213A2;CT19;IL-13R;IL13BP
Description:
Recombinant Human IL13RA2 Protein with C-terminal human Fc tag
Background:
The protein encoded by this gene is closely related to Il13RA1, a subuint of the interleukin 13 receptor complex. This protein binds IL13 with high affinity, but lacks cytoplasmic domain, and does not appear to function as a signal mediator. It is reported to play a role in the internalization of IL13. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Molecular characterization:
IL13RA2(Asp27-Thr340) hFc(Glu99-Ala330)
Molecular weight:
The protein has a predicted molecular mass of 62.8 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of IL13RA2-hFc is approximately 70-100 kDa due to glycosylation.
Tag:
C-Human Fc Tag
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
IL13RA2
Purity:
The purity of the protein is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and Coomassie blue staining.
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 5 % - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions of reconstitution.
Storage:
Store at -20°C to -80°C for 12 months in lyophilized form. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -80°C (Avoid repeated freezing and thawing). Lyophilized proteins are shipped at ambient temperature.
