Background:

Receptor for IL17A (PubMed:17911633, PubMed:20554964, PubMed:8777726). Receptor for IL17F (PubMed:17911633, PubMed:20554964). Binds to IL17A with higher affinity than to IL17F (PubMed:17911633). Binds IL17A and IL17F homodimers as part of a heterodimeric complex with IL17RC (By similarity). Also binds heterodimers formed by IL17A and IL17F as part of a heterodimeric complex with IL17RC (By similarity). Receptor for IL17C as part of a heterodimeric complex with IL17RE (PubMed:21993848, PubMed:21993849, PubMed:21982598). Formulation / Reconstitution:

Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 5 % - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions of reconstitution.

Storage:

Store at -20°C to -80°C for 12 months in lyophilized form. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -80°C (Avoid repeated freezing and thawing). Lyophilized proteins are shipped at ambient temperature.
