Mouse B7-H3 Protein, hFc Tag PME-M100008
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
6030411F23Rik;AU016588;B7h3;B7RP-2
Description:
Recombinant mouse B7-H3 protein with C-terminal human Fc tag
Background:
Modulates T-cell-mediated immune responses and the development of acute and chronic transplant rejection. Plays a positive regulatory role in bone formation and has a dual role in the bone-immune interface. Induces antitumor immunity as it activates both acquired and innate immunity leading to natural killer cell and CD8 T-cell dependent killing of tumor cells.[UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot Function]
Molecular characterization:
Mouse B7-H3(Val29-Phe244) hFc(Glu99-Ala330)
Molecular weight:
The protein has a predicted molecular mass of 28.7 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of mB7-H3-hFc is approximately 55-70 kDa due to glycosylation.
Tag:
C-Human Fc Tag
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
B7-H3
Purity:
The purity of the protein is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and Coomassie blue staining.
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 5 % - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions of reconstitution.
Storage:
Store at -20°C to -80°C for 12 months in lyophilized form. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -80°C (Avoid repeated freezing and thawing). Lyophilized proteins are shipped at ambient temperature.
