Myosin phosphatase target subunit 1| which is also called the myosin-binding subunit of myosin phosphatase| is one of the subunits of myosin phosphatase. Myosin phosphatase regulates the interaction of actin and myosin downstream of the guanosine triphosphatase Rho.
