Casein Kinase IIβ (phospho-S209) polyclonal antibody BS4308
Specifications
| 50ul/100ul |
Background:
CK2 (formerly called Casein Kinase II) is a highly conserved protein kinase with more than 300 substrates regulating cell growth, cell death, and cell survival. CK2 has been implicated in the response to UV irradiation-induced DNA damage, targeting XRCC1 and BRCA1 as well as regulating p53 tumor suppressor protein functions.Furthermore, CK2 plays a key role in NF-κB activation.
Specificity:
Casein Kinase IIβ (phospho-S209) polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of Casein Kinase IIβ protein only when phosphorylated at Ser209.
Alternative names:
Keratin, type II cytoskeletal 8; Cytokeratin-8; CK-8; Keratin-8; K8; Type-II keratin Kb8; KRT8; CYK8
