PD1 monoclonal antibody (Humanized) AP6666
Specifications
| 50ul/100ul |
Background:
The humanized monoclonal anti-PD1 antibody can effectively block the combination between PDL1 and PD1, and will not cause HAMA reaction (anti mouse antibody response). Programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) (UniProt Q15116), is a type I single transmembrane protein encoded by the PDCD1 gene in human. T-cell activation is generally self-limited as activated T cells express receptors such as PD-1. Maintenance of peripheral tolerance by preventing the development of autoimmunity due to T lymphocytes specific for self-antigens is essential for homeostasis of the immune system. PD-1 can bind two different but related ligands, PDL-1 and PDL-2.PD-1 receptor and its ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2play a vital role in the induction and maintenance of peripheral tolerance. The humanized monoclonal anti-PD1 antibody has demonstrated durable antitumor activity.
