ACAA1 polyclonal antibody BS8885
Specifications
| 50ul/100ul |
Background:
This gene encodes an enzyme operative in the beta-oxidation system of the peroxisomes. Deficiency of this enzyme leads to pseudo-Zellweger syndrome. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Specificity:
ACAA1 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of ACAA1 protein.
Alternative names:
3-ketoacyl-CoA thiolase, peroxisomal; Acetyl-CoA acyltransferase; Beta-ketothiolase; Peroxisomal 3-oxoacyl-CoA thiolase; ACAA1; ACAA; PTHIO
Species reactivity:
Human,Mouse,Rat
Host:
Rabbit
Ig type:
Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2
Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 27-300 of human ACAA1 (NP_001598.1).
Purification & Purity:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
