EPHX1 polyclonal antibody BS67310
Specifications
| 50ul/100ul |
Background:
Biotransformation enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of arene and aliphatic epoxides to less reactive and more water soluble dihydrodiols by the trans addition of water (By similarity).Plays a role in the metabolism of endogenous lipids such as epoxide-containing fatty acids.Metabolizes the abundant endocannabinoid 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG) to free arachidonic acid (AA) and glycerol.
Specificity:
Recognizes endogenous levels of EPHX1 protein.
Alternative names:
EPHX; EPOX; Epoxide hydrolase 1; Epoxide hydratase; Microsomal epoxide hydrolase
Species reactivity:
Human, Mouse, Rat
Host:
Rabbit
Ig type:
Liquid in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.
