Background:

PsaD can form complexes with ferredoxin and ferredoxin-oxidoreductase in photosystem I (PS I) reaction center. PSAD may encode the ferredoxin-docking protein.

Specificity:

Recognizes endogenous levels of PSAD1/2 protein.
