DOK4 polyclonal antibody BS67209
Specifications
| 50ul/100ul |
Background:
DOK proteins are enzymatically inert adaptor or scaffolding proteins. They provide a docking platform for the assembly of multimolecular signaling complexes. DOK4 functions in RET-mediated neurite outgrowth and plays a positive role in activation of the MAP kinase pathway (By similarity).
Specificity:
Recognizes endogenous levels of DOK4 protein.
Alternative names:
Docking protein 4; Downstream of tyrosine kinase 4; Insulin receptor substrate 5; IRS-5; IRS5
Species reactivity:
Human,Rat,Mouse
Host:
Rabbit
Ig type:
Liquid in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.
Immunogen:
KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the N-term region of human DOK4. The exact sequence is proprietary.
Purification & Purity:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 170% (by SDS-PAGE).
