NDUFB8 polyclonal antibody BS9955M
Specifications
| 50ul/100ul |
Background:
Accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), that is believed not to be involved in catalysis. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone.
Specificity:
NDUFB8 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of NDUFB8 protein.
Alternative names:
NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 beta subcomplex subunit 8, mitochondrial; Complex I-ASHI; CI-ASHI; NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase ASHI subunit; NDUFB8
Species reactivity:
Human,Mouse,Rat
Host:
Rabbit
Ig type:
0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
Immunogen:
KLH conjugated synthetic peptide derived from human NDUFB8: 101-186/186
Purification & Purity:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Molecular weight:
~ 19 kDa
Applications:
WB ELISA IHC IF ICC
