KLF13 (Acetyl-K166) polyclonal antibody BS64091
Specifications
| 50ul/100ul |
Background:
KLF13 belongs to a family of transcription factors thatcontain 3 classical zinc finger DNA-binding domains consisting of azinc atom tetrahedrally coordinated by 2 cysteines and 2 histidines(C2H2 motif). These transcription factors bind to GC-rich sequencesand related GT and CACCC boxes.
Specificity:
KLF13 (Acetyl-K166) polyclonal antibodydetects endogenous levels of KLF13 protein when Acetyl at K166.
