RPS27L polyclonal antibody BS61847
Specifications
| 50ul/100ul |
Background:
Ribosomal protein S27-like (RPS27L) is a homologue of 40S ribosomal subunit protein S27 (RPS27) with an unknown function. Using microarray analysis, RPS27L was found to be consistantly up-regulated in 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) and adriamycin (ADR)-treated colorectal HCT116 cells in a p53-dependent manner.
Specificity:
RPS27L pAb detects endogenous levels of RPS27L protein.
