AARSD1 polyclonal antibody BS61529
Specifications
| 50ul/100ul |
Background:
AAARSD1(Alanyl-tRNA synthetase domain-containing protein 1) is also named as alanyl-tRNA editing protein Aarsd1 and belongs to the class-II aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase family. It plays a role in prevention of synthesis of proteins containing errors (mistranslation)(PMID:18172502). It has 3 isoforms produced by alternative splicing with the molecular weight of 45 kDa, 59 kDa and 66 kDa.
Specificity:
AARSD1 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of AARSD1 protein.
