GNG12 polyclonal antibody BS60161
Specifications
| 50ul/100ul |
Background:
Guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) are involved as a modulator or transducer in various transmembrane signaling systems. G proteins are composed of 3 units, alpha, beta and gamma. The beta and gamma chains are required for the GTPase activity, for replacement of GDP by GTP, and for G protein-effector interaction.
Specificity:
GNG12 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of GNG12 protein.
Alternative names:
Guanine nucleotide-binding protein G(I)/G(S)/G(O) subunit gamma-12; GNG12; G-protein gamma-12 subuni; Hypothetical protein DKFZp762E193
