LGR5 polyclonal antibody BS90796
Specifications
| 50ul/100ul |
Background:
G-protein coupled receptor GPR49 (also known as Leucine-rich repeat-containing G-protein coupled receptor 5, Lgr5) is a stem cell marker of the intestinal epithelium and the hair follicule. It is expressed in the gonads, the adrenal gland, and in the brain, overexpressed in cancers of the ovary, colon and liver.
Specificity:
LGR5 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of LGR5 protein.
