CD3 epsilon polyclonal antibody BS90230
Specifications
| 50ul/100ul |
Background:
CD3 is composed of five invariant polypeptide chains that associate to form three dimers. The five invariant chains of CD3 are labeled gamma, delta, epsilon, zeta, and eta. Each of these polypeptides contains at least one immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif (ITAM) These chains associate with the T cell receptor (TCR) and the ζ-chain to generate an activation signal in T lymphocytes.
Specificity:
CD3 epsilon polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of CD3 epsilon protein.
Alternative names:
CD3E, CD3 epsilon, CD3e, CD3e antigen epsilon polypeptide (TiT3 complex), CD3E antigen epsilon polypeptide, CD3E antigen, epsilon subunit, CD3e molecule epsilon, CD3e molecule, epsilon (CD3 TCR complex), CD3e molecule, epsilon (CD3-TCR complex), CD3E, IMD18, T cell antigen receptor complex epsilon subunit of T3, T cell surface antigen T3/Leu 4 epsilon chain, T cell surface glycoprotein CD3 epsilon chain, T-cell surface antigen T3/Leu-4 epsilon chain, T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 epsilon chain, T3E, TCRE,
