NEUROG1 polyclonal antibody BS7499
Specifications
| 50ul/100ul |
Background:
Neurogenin-1?is a?protein?that in humans is encoded by the?NEUROG1?gene. Acts as a transcriptional regulator. Involved in the initiation of neuronal differentiation. Activates transcription by binding to the E box (5'-CANNTG-3'). Associates with chromatin to enhancer regulatory elements in genes encoding key transcriptional regulators of neurogenesis. NEUROG1 has been shown to interact with CREB-binding protein and decapentaplegic homolog 1.
Specificity:
NEUROG1 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of NEUROG1 protein.
